Return Policy

I take a lot of pride in my work, and want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you receive something and it is not what you expected, I ask you to immediately email me as to the problem. If for some reason you feel it should be returned, and we cannot resolve the problem with an exchange, we will return the price of the ring as long as it is returned quickly and undamaged.

We will always exchange for a different size as long as the ring has not been damaged. We ask that you package the ring well and insure it. Please enclose a check (or note to charge to your credit card) for the return shipping and handling (usually $5).

My Guarantee

My work is guaranteed. If anything happens to it, no matter whose fault, if it can be repaired, I will repair it for free. (In over 20 years of offering this guarantee, I have only come across 3 rings that could not be repaired.)

Time to Process Order

Most orders are shipped within a few days of their arrival. Occasionally I am out of town or I will need to order metal or a stone in order to complete and order. If this is the case, orders can take as long as 2 weeks. We do our best to inform all customers of the status of their orders via email.
